A deposit is required to book your appointment. Deposits vary depending on the service and will be applied towards your final bill.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation or reschedule request with less than 24 hours of notice is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the deposit.
Please reach out if you are running late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late that will affect any appointments after yours and you may be asked to reschedule.
